Elle M.'s roleplay on having difficult conversations was superb and Chris Lienert's talk melted my brain and made me think about inclusive design. Loved Fredy LiƩvano GutiƩrrez's talk on building a climate of trust in diverse teams. Really enjoyed hearing the talks as well. This survey is one of the first steps in building the resource. I'm part of a co-design working group helping put together a resource to help employers do better. They're compiling data on what works and what doesn't work for ND people in the recruitment process. My call to action was to fill out the Autism SA survey on recruitment practices. Really enjoyed speaking at Web Directions Code Leaders yesterday on how organisations can change the workplace environment + recruiting process to better suit neurodivergent people.
